Rhonda Gramm-Gailey is the co-owner of GRAMM & Associates, Inc. She has been working in the industry for more than 12 years and has been a Multi-Million Dollar producer since her first year in real estate.
Rhonda’s focus is on New Planned Communities and Developments, overseeing 40+ subdivisions and supervising more than 120 agents and general transactions. She implemented the New Homes Sales Training program at the GRAMM Institute in 1997 and also serves as the teacher of the program having successfully trained hundreds of Sales Agents.
Rhonda is a very hands on leader enjoying the mentorship she is able to provide to her staff and sales team. She is always active in the local communities, affiliations and professional industry organizations. She is a member of the NAHB and local divisions such as the Atlanta and Charlotte Home Builders Associations. She was also asked to serve on the Executive Committee of the South Fulton Chapter of the Atlanta Home Builders Association. She is active with the Atlanta New Home Sales and Marketing Council, local Chambers of Commerce, Councils of growth, the Better Business Bureau, Board of Realtors of Charlotte and NAR.
Rhonda led her team to produce nearly 1000 transactions in 2004 earning millions in production and several personal achievements. She has won marketing awards such as: “The Elite Who’s Who Among Female Executives”, Manchester Who’s Who lifetime member”, “Atlanta’s Home Builders Sales and Marketing Council. Professionalism Awards to include: 2004 Best Website Designs-Silver, 2004 Best Logo- Gold, 2003 Best Marketing Campaign-Silver, and 2004 Best E-marketing-Silver. Not to mention several more nominations of Best Marketing Director, Best Direct Mail Campaigns and Best Print Ads. She also has lead and trained newly licensed agents to achieve personal achievement awards such as Rookie of the Year, Best Sales Team and Top Producing Agent.
Rhonda continues her education by always seeking out new industry organizations, conferences, and hands on daily feedback that she can bring back to her team of staff and sales agent to continually improve herself and the company.
Despite all her professional achievements Rhonda feels that her best accomplishment is her marriage to her husband, Rich, their two beautiful children, and her commitment to her local church and choir.
